Abbreviated Terms & Conditions of Sale

Price: Prices are believed to be correct at time of going to press, but may vary without notice. ICS Security Solutions Ltd reserve the right to amend any errors or omissions. Prices do not include VAT or delivery charges.

Settlement Terms: Established clients will have agreed payment terms. Should an account remain overdue, we will place this account on stop and not supply any further goods until the account has been brought up to date.

Retention of Title: All goods remain the property of ICS Security Solutions Ltd, and title will not pass until paid for in full.

Shipping and Delivery: ICS Security Solutions Ltd must be notified of any damage found within 24 hours of receipt. ICS Security Solutions Ltd shall not be liable in any way for failure to deliver on time whatever the reason.

Special Equipment: ICS Security Solutions Ltd will not accept return of any special equipment manufactured directly for a client.

Guarantee: ICS Security Solutions Ltd are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from date of dispatch from our warehouse.

Returned Goods: All goods to be returned must be accompanied by an RMA number – this can be acquired from chris@icssecurity.co.uk.
Faulty goods will be tested and credited if a fault is found.
Goods returned for credit as wrongly ordered or not required will only be accepted if they are in the original boxes, complete with instructions and the products have not been used – a handling charge of 20% will apply.
