Shipping and Delivery

ICS Security Solutions supplies distributors and trade customers. This website is an online catalogue, so orders are placed with our team directly and not through an online checkout.

How to order: Email your order, along with your purchase order, to orderline@icssecurity.co.uk, or call our Technical and Sales Team on +44 (0)1604 879300.

Standard delivery: Orders placed with our team by 3:30pm are dispatched on our next day Standard Delivery Service, for delivery by 6pm.

Express delivery: If you need delivery earlier than 6pm, you can upgrade to one of our express services. Please ask when you place your order.

Delivery charges: Prices do not include VAT or delivery charges. Please call ICS for our most up to date Standard and Express delivery charges.

Overseas orders: Delivery times and charges for customers outside the UK are agreed when the order is placed. Please contact us for details.

Damaged goods: ICS Security Solutions Ltd must be notified of any damage within 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery times: We make every effort to deliver on time, but ICS Security Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for failure to deliver on time, whatever the reason.
